As we are a small, please allow 1-4 business days processing times.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped!
Choosing a quicker shipping method does not speed up our processing time to package and ship your order.
This simply means the shipping carrier will expedite your shipping once they are in possession of your package.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.
If you’re missing items or have any concerns about the products you received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Import taxes & Duties
Your order may be subject to Import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This varies by country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
JOYZYshop cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/ taxes applied to your package. The buyer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
Returns
No Returns!
You wil be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at judys@joyzyshop.com .
